Egalitarianism: Its common forms
Egalitarianism can take many forms. The more common forms are:
Economic egalitarianism - equality with respect to material possessions;
Moral egalitarianism - equality in moral worth,
Legal egalitarianism – equality under the law,
Political egalitarianism - equality in political power,
Gender egalitarianism - equality regardless of gender, and
Opportunity egalitarianism - equality in economic and social opportunity.
